Many people often say that the key to success is hardwork , but I would say it is a more of smart work, now many people would again throw me a question......
What is Smart Work??
In order to be successful in life, you shall have to start from the output, you will have to be a visionary and you will have to do planned work, followed by intelligent and calculated risks, instead of just randomly working for hours an hours together.
Fix your target, Set your goals, and work with lots of planning.....have a firm determination and delusion to succeed.
